We have never done a major renovation before and didn’t know where to start. We met Lou at the home and renovation show. We had a look at pictures of his work and talked to him and found him to be very knowledgable and friendly. We contacted Lou to get our project started and he came right over to have a look and get things going.   He always let us know what was happening next and which trade was coming when. He kept the project moving and we were so impressed with his professionalism. He made himself available whenever needed and returned our calls and answered our questions quickly. We are so pleased with our basement and look forward to working with Lou again.    -Ken and Elaine Wong

Renovations of Excellence completed a basement reno for our family over the 2004/2005 winter. The process seemed very unobtrusive to us as we had a young child and were home through the process. The contractors who came through were very professional and considerate under the circumstances.
Lou made a number of visits to the home prior and during the renovation process. He ensured that the work we wanted to have done was well planned out. Lou was also very responsive to any concerns or questions we might have and dealt promptly with any issues that came up. We felt quite comfortable with Lou on a personal level as he listened to our wish list and helped us make decisions that would both be most practical for our use as well as aestetically pleasing.
Family and friends who have come to visit are also quite impressed with the look and feel of our basement.
It has been a wonderful addition to our entertainment space.
